JXEDZAC is a government agency directly under the leadership of Jiaxing Municipal government. It was approved by Zhejiang Provincial Government in August 1992, with an administrative area of 65 km2.
JXEDZAC provides full-fledged services to investors from the establishment of the project, factory
construction, and employee recruitment, to the official operation. An integrated service system combining
One stop for approval, One window for charges, one approach of services has been formed to simplify the
investment procedures and speed up the investment process, which provides great convenience to the
investors. JXEDZAC¡¯s main responsibilities are as follows: |
¡¤Evaluate and approve foreign-funded productive projects, which are encouraged or permitted by the state \
government (referring to the "Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries" promulgated by
former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, now restructured into the Ministry of Commerce) with an investment under USD 30 million.
¡¤To evaluate and approve domestic production projects with a total investment of less than RMB 30 million, and domestic non-productive capital construction projects with an investment under RMB 15 million.
¡¤To carry out government functions in its administrative area covering construction planning, land
administration, resources use, taxation and finance, industrial & commercial registration, traffic control,
environment protection, and security administration. |
