a. Jiaxing Economic and Technological Development Zone is one of five key development zones in Zhejiang province. The Inward Investment Promotion Center, Project Construction Service Center, Enterprise Production and service center affiliated with JXEDZAC provide the following free services for investors starting from starting up the project to official operation:

•  Appoint special officials to conduct all reporting and approval procedures for getting the business license, customs registration and opening a bank account etc. After the foreign investor has submitted a whole set of the necessary documents, the zone will finish the approval procedures from the very beginning to the business license issuance within seven working days.

•  Appoint special officials to conduct the procedures for land transfer, applying for the use of water, power and communication facilities and etc.

•  Appoint special officials to handle visa-procedures to facilitate travel in and out of China for expatriates related to the project

The balance of foreign exchange and the remittance of profits: the foreign exchange needed for importing auxiliary parts for the operation of the factory and the remittance of after-tax profit can be exchanged without limitation according to the official conversion rate announced by the People’s Bank of China.

d. Infrastructure: JXEDZ builds all necessary supportive facilities of water, power, communication and etc. to the red line of the site selected by the investor. (except for the electric special line)
